According to The Indian Express, “Under Pandya’s captaincy, the Gujarat Titans have displayed a fearless brand of cricket”, which made all the difference in leading GT to the winning glory.
Gujarat Titans have already proved their potential as a promising team who’s here to stay after clinching their maiden IPL Trophy in 2022.
Pandya’s impressive captaincy and bold approach will yet again be crucial for GT to make their standing in the game. His extensive experience and great tactical ability to understand the game 360 degrees as an all-rounder is exceptional.

VVS Laxman was all praises about Hardik in a press conference. “He is a players’ captain; he is very approachable. All the players go and confide in him, and that’s something I like about him as captain,” he added.
In IPL 2022, Pandya notched up 487 runs with four half-centuries and a top score of 87, not out at a strike rate of 131.2.
Hardik’s Gujarat Titans will face Chennai Super King immediately after the opening ceremony on March 31, 2023. If Pandya successfully replicates the last season while executing the right strategy on and off the field, it will be a “boon” for the Gujarat Titans.
