Everton have submitted a massive bid to sign striker El Bilal Toure, according to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
The Toffees are not alone in the race to sign the exciting 21-year-old striker. Premier League rivals Nottingham Forest, Wolves and Fulham are also interested in signing the Almeria star.
The journalist claims that several Serie A clubs are interested in the young striker, but they have not submitted any offer yet.

Everton have offered the player a five-year deal worth €4.3m/year before tax.
The striker scored seven goals and assisted another two in 22 appearances for Almeria, and it seems like the Toffees have made the first move to sign him.
El Bilal Toure – will he join Everton?
The Toffees badly need to sign a new striker this summer. For the second season in a row, they narrowly avoided relegation, but they need to improve this term.
It is becoming a recurrent theme that the Toffees are losing their best players in every window, while the replacements aren’t good enough.
Everton’s finance has come under intense scrutiny in recent months, and therefore it comes as a big surprise that they have submitted a big offer to sign Toure.
Sean Dyche is heavily reliant on Dominic Calvert-Lewin who has struggled with fitness for the past 18 months, while the likes of Ellis Simms and Lewis Dobbin probably need more time to thrive in the Premier League.
Neal Maupay could be shipped out but the Toffees shouldn’t expect to get a big fee for him.
It makes sense for Dyche to build a team with exciting young talents rather than look after experienced aged players, and Bilal Toure would be a smart addition.
