Every NFL team’s record against the spread and more

After six weeks, we have no more teams unbeaten against the spread as Aaron Rodgers and the Packers were blown out in Tampa by Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. The Cowboys and Jets remain winless ATS. For the first time this season, we saw more unders than overs in a given week (10-4) and road teams continue to shine, covering at a 55 pct clip.

Here are the ATS records for all 32 teams, league and team trends, and over/under records for the 2020 season.


AFC East

ATS: 3-3
O/U: 5-1

What we know: Bills lose back-to-back primetime games and see their first under of the season.

ATS: 2-3
O/U: 2-3

O/U: 2-4

What we know: After back-to-back blowout wins, the Dolphins cover margin is 10.9 points per game, tops in the NFL.

ATS: 0-6
O/U: 3-3

What we know: The Jets have failed to cover in all 6 games and by an average of 11.3 points per game, worst in the NFL


AFC North

ATS: 3-2-1
O/U: 2-4

What we know: Lamar Jackson and Ravens have won 15 of their past 16 regular-season games. Ravens are 11-4-1 to the number in those contests.

What we know: Steelers are 4-1 with a cover margin of 7.2 PPG, second highest in the NFL

What we know: Texans had the cover wrapped up before allowing a late Tennessee TD and a TD in overtime in one of the worst beats of the weak.


AFC West

ATS: 4-1
O/U: 2-3

ATS: 4-1

What we know: The Broncos have now won consecutive games since and 0-3 start. They have also covered in 4 of 5 games this season, including close losses to the undefeated Titans and Steelers.

ATS: 3-2
O/U: 5-0

What we know: The Raiders’ big upset win was also the fifth time in five games to go over the total.

NFC East

What we know: The G-men pick up their first win of the season, but fail to cover as a rare favorite vs. Washington.

What we know: The Cowboys and Jets remain the only winless teams against the spread this season. That’s two short of the most losses to the spread to begin a season in the last 20 years (’03 Raiders)

What we know: A fourth quarter scoring spree gets the cover for Philly despite another loss.


NFC North

ATS: 4-1
O/U: 3-2

What we know: The Packers get blowout by Tom Brady and the Buccaneers for their first loss and first non-cover of the season.

What we know: Vikings 3-game cover streak comes to a sudden stop vs the Falcons. The defense continues to allow a lot of points, with 4 of 6 games going over.

What we know: All five Saints games have flown over the total to the tune of 10.8 points per game.

ATS: 3-3

What we know: The Falcons win and cover makes it 2-0 for interim coaches in their first game this season.

What we know: Panthers streaks of 3 straight covers and outright wins both end with a loss to the Bears.


NFC West

ATS: 4-2
O/U: 0-6

What we know: After Monday night’s blowout of the Cowboys, the Cardinals are 4-2 to the spread and overall. Arizona is the one team in the league not to play an over game this year.

What we know: Seattle gets the last-minute win, but does not cover or go over for the first time this season.
